Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 27 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to junk removal services provided by Junk Removal Welland.
Using this website
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. You may not use this site in any way that is unlawful, or that damages, disables, or interferes with it.
Estimates
Any figure given before we see the job is a starting estimate, not a fixed quote. Pricing depends on the amount and type of material, loading time, weight, access, and disposal requirements. If what we find on site differs materially from what was described, we will discuss the revised scope and pricing with you before proceeding.
Scope of work
We remove only the items agreed with you. It is your responsibility to identify anything that must stay, and to separate or clearly mark items you intend to keep before the crew begins. Once items are removed they generally cannot be recovered.
Items we may decline
Some materials require special handling, are restricted by local disposal facilities, or cannot be safely carried. We may decline to remove such items, and may decline any job where conditions are unsafe for the crew. Describe unusual materials before booking so this can be confirmed in advance.
Access and property
You confirm that you are the owner or occupier of the property, or are authorised to have the items removed. Please tell us in advance about stairs, narrow hallways, tight doorways, elevators, long carries, or any other access constraint. We take care around walls, floors, stairs, and door frames, but some removals in tight spaces carry unavoidable risk, which we will raise with you before proceeding.
Scheduling and cancellation
Availability depends on the schedule and size of the job. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call (289) 203-1512 as early as you reasonably can.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking or on completion of the work, as discussed with you directly.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with the services is limited to the amount paid for the job in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
