Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and to meet our obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

What we have done

Steps taken on this site include:

• A "skip to main content" link so keyboard users can bypass the navigation
• Visible focus outlines on links and buttons for keyboard navigation
• Descriptive alternative text on photographs
• Semantic page structure with proper headings and landmark regions
• Text and background colour combinations checked for contrast
• Layouts that work on phones, tablets, and desktop screens
• Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer less animation
• Images sized in advance so the page does not shift while loading
